Hi friends, Thanks a lot for the likes. I am overwhelmed to see the number of likes and page views increasing day by day… Thanks to the power of infinity J
Now, let’s come to the topic…
Friends, if you are reading this blog for the first time, I would like you read last two blogs as well so that you can understand the fundamentals of English learning.
For those who have been following this post right from the beginning, folks, hope you followed the guidelines given in the last blogpost and tried to acquire the basic vocabulary. If yes, then you are all ready to move to step II. J
Step II is basic sentence structure. The basic sentence structure has three parts:
1. Subject is usually a Noun/pronoun. E.g. Shekhar, Delhi, Almirah, He, I, we etc…
2. Verbs are of two types: Helping verb and main verb.
E.g. of helping verbs are is/am/ are/ was/were etc.
E.g. of Main verbs are go, eat, sleep and so on.
3. Noun/verb/adjective: Hope you learnt the basic vocabulary of noun/verb/adjective suggested in the last post J
The following table will help you understand the agreement of subject and helping verb:
